Acquires Marley Waterproofing Antwerp, BELGIUM, July 13, 2006 - Leading roofing and waterproofing supplies producer IKO UK Ltd. announced today its acquisition of venerable UK waterproofing products manufacturer Marley Waterproofing. The acquisition, filed with the British Office of Fair Trading in May, became final this week.
